“This is a space brimming with invitations and permission. Invitation to explore, to soften, to be outrageous, to feel it all, to express yourself in new ways, be playful with life, experiment, breakdown, be held, and allow yourself to receive.”

Welcome! About my work:

My why? Freedom, love, connection, & healing.

Whatever it is you’re working through, I believe we all have something precious that only we can offer the world, and the world is hungry for those gifts. To share them, though, we need to feel free to be who we truly are! Every single person deserves to feel free and worthy of sounding their voice, exploring their purpose, loving and feeling loved in this life.

Working in service of people reconnecting with their authentic selves, claiming who they are, and enjoying life, is so exciting to me. Doing so, especially when combined with nature connection, brings me such joy and fulfillment that I can’t help but want more.

My How?

It all starts with coming back home to ourselves. Who are you? How are you? How do you want to be? We will work on building foundations of safety, self- trust & self-love, from which desires, passion, purpose, and your authentic expression can all sprout from.

I offer fully-body listening, empathy, challenge, open communication, clear boundaries, and a lot of curiosity and creativity to those I work with.

Who I Am

This quote from a book I am currently reading resonated deeply in depicting the states I have been moving through, and the journey I am on.

“I wonder if we’re not generally a bit quick to jump into embodied practice. To fix ourselves with yoga or whatever. I wonder if first we don’t need to mourn the grey years of numbness. To fully acknowledge the small tragedy of our own alienation. Perhaps, to be fully alive, we first need to attend our own funerals?” (Written by Mark Walsh, from his book Embodiment - Moving Beyond Mindfulness)

The numbness and tragedy of my own alienation is where my journey began, as I gained awareness of this when I was 20. Since then, healing, therapy, boundaries, and hot tears of grief and anger have moved through me. As those released, there grew a space for love, for expansiveness, for joy. A space for LIFE. As I built relationships with all parts of myself, I have learned to connect more deeply with people, to pursue a life of meaning, and to find pleasure in it all. I envision this journey as a spiral, it’s not linear, and I will not claim to anyone that I have “answers” or that I’ve “made it”. There are parts I am working on integrating at all times. What I have gained, is the lived experience and deep belief that it’s possible to reclaim ourselves, and we can choose to create something new at any point. We are the writers of our story, and once we’re willing to witness ourselves as a whole, not just the parts that we were taught are acceptable, there starts the real adventure.
